Mobile payments tech company LevelUp has moved its headquarters to a new a location in Boston’s Financial District.

The new space will better accommodate the firm’s staff, which has grown to 85 from 74 at the start of the year, according to LevelUp marketing exec Matt Kiernan.

LevelUp has moved to 101 Arch St. from its previous location at 1 Congress St.

The company also shared some stats on the growth of its service, which lets users pay at participating restaurants and retailers with an app on their phone.

LevelUp has seen the number of accepting locations grow to 14,000 from 10,000 at the start of the year.

The number of active users per month — who average five or more orders a month — has also seen an uptick. LevelUp now has 110,000 active users, up from 80,000 at the start of the year.
